before completing a request for records. The "Policy"
will detail what records are considered as "open"
records and those that are considered as "confidential".
The "Policy"
is written in accordance with all laws, rules, and regulations
governing the State of Tennessee Opens Records Act.

required fields of information are completed.

Fee Schedule
For documents that require 30 minutes or less of research, redaction and reproduction:
- $5.00 for each single event CAD record
- $5.00 for audio recordings for each single event
For documents that require more than 30 minutes for research, redaction and reproduction:
Material Charge
- .15 cents per black/white single page
- .30 cents per black/white duplex page
- $1.00 per color single page or $2.00 per color duplex
- $1.00 per DVD/CD audio used
Labor Charge
- Hourly salary for the employee(s) used for research, redaction, and reproduction; minimum of 1 hour, rounded to the nearest quarter hour.
Other Charges
> as required (i.e. postage, outside vendor reproduction, etc)
